چکیده

The globe artichoke belongs to the Asteraceae family and has become more popular among other vegetables due its beneficial health-promoting features that are related bioactive compounds present in leaves. plant materials have inadequate proportions of valuable nature, so researchers emphasizing on how enhance their amounts. In vitro techniques with integrated novel practices can be employed phytochemicals from any plant. current study aimed determine assess components 3 cultivars via callus cultures which were subjected a treatment 4 different concentrations (2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 mg L-1) silver nitrate. Results indicated well-balanced levels growth regulators necessary for stimulating formation artichoke. findings also revealed importance cultivar differences regarding formation. Experimental results variation nitrate had significant effect biomass, total phenolic content antioxidant activities. current, may offer good strategy by promoting leaves utilizing large-scale industries, pharmacology, food supplements.
